Refund policy:
Tickets are non refundable unless covered by our Covid policy.
Resale of Tickets Policy:
Tickets may be re-sold or given to others. Full name of new owner must be supplied to Ivy Cabaret by the original ticket purchaser via e-mail: ivy.cabaret@gmail.com

Covid Policy:
All Ivy Cabaret events and shows will follow guide lines set by the WA and Australian government. If an event/show is postponed due to Covid all tickets will be automatically transferred to the new date and an e-mail will be sent to all ticket purchasers where they will be given the opportunity to either retain their tickets and attend on the new date or request a refund. If an event/show is cancelled due to Covid then all tickets will be refunded to the ticket purchasers.
Intoxication at an Event/Show Policy:
Any audience members/guests who are deemed to be over intoxicated by a RSA certified bar staff, RSA certified manager, event/show manager, or event/show producer may be asked to leave the premise with no refund of tickets purchased.
Inclusivity, Discrimination and Abusive Behaviour Policy:
Ivy Cabaret events and shows are a safe space for all, any abusive behaviour towards others (both verbal and non verbal) will not be tolerated and those at fault will be asked to leave with no refund of tickets purchased. Hackling with the MC and/or performers may also result in being asked to leave with no refund of tickets purchased.
Age Restrictions Policy:
All Ivy Cabaret events are strictly R18+ and proof of age may be asked upon entry to an event by security or door staff.
Filming and Photos Policy:
Filming and photographing of performers while they are performing is not permitted. Anyone taking photos or filming a performer while they are performing will be asked to delete all images and footage.
Ivy's Performing Arts School Terms and Conditions:
All adult classes and courses are 18+ and proof of age may be required.
Proof of double vaccination required upon attending your first class.
To book a 6 week workshop follow the link in the description and pay the fee in full via PayPal before attending the first class.
No refunds available. If you wish to transfer your payment to a different course or someone else is attending in your place, you must e-mail/contact Ivy's Performing Arts School or Ivy Cabaret.
Ivy Cabaret and Ivy's Performing Arts School classes and courses are an inclusive environment and bullying of any kind will not be tolerated. Failure to comply may result in you being removed from a course/class with no refund of payment.
Ivy Cabaret and Ivy's Performing Arts School holds the copy right to all group routines and permission will need to be sought if you would like to perform a group routine in any non Ivy Cabaret shows.
All photos taken at an Ivy Cabaret show must be credited (Photographer and Ivy Cabaret) and permission must be sought if you wish to use any photos for promotional use of non Ivy Cabaret shows.
